There is a new format for Athletic Registration.

All students MUST CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

NJSIAA - Updated Physical Forms

Every student-athlete must complete the Athletic Registration to participate in Orange HS Athletics.

This must be done every school year. 

We have moved Athletic Registration to a new company. Please click the link above and create a new account. You cannot log in with the information from past years. 

Athletic Physicals are valid for 1 calendar year. That means if you had a physical on August 5, 2024, it will expire on August 4, 2025. If your physical expires during your athletic season, you must get a new one to continue participation.
